Ram Trucks Involved in Launch of Letters for Lyrics
If you tuned in to catch the 36th annual Academy of Country Music Awards last night, you may have caught the 30-second “Letters for Lyrics” spot announcing Zac Brown Band’s most recent plan to give back to the troops. Sponsored by Ram Trucks, Letters for Lyrics aims to deliver one million letters to U.S. soldiers stationed abroad to remind them that although they may be out of sight, they certainly aren’t out of mind. “Performing with the USO for the men and women in uniform has been a great experience for us,” said Zac Brown. “We wanted to find a bigger way to thank them, a way to mobilize people nationwide to show their support for these incredible individuals. Ram Truck Brand was the perfect partner to realize this dream; not only do they share our commitment to recognize the troops’ service and sacrifice, but they are determined to ensure this program helps to send a little piece of home to our service members abroad.”
“We believe that ‘Letters for Lyrics’ will spark the public’s interest in contributing to our troops abroad and to their families here at home,” explained Ram Trucks CEO Fred Diaz. “This goodwill gesture embodies one of the main pillars in the Ram Truck Brand’s DNA and demonstrates our continued support for the nation’s men and women in the military.” The ‘Letters for Lyrics’ program officially begins May 10th. Simply visit your local Ram dealership to pen and mail a letter to our troops. Each person who submits a letter will receive a complimentary copy of “Breaking Southern Ground,” a special compilation album featuring music from Zac Brown Band, Sonia Leigh, Nic Cowan and Levi Lowrey
In addition to Letters for Lyrics, Ram Trucks has also teamed up with ZBB to provide exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from their USO tour and a free download of ZBB’s newest single, “Free.” Accessible only at RamTrucks.com, “Free” is only available to the first 100,000 fans and for every song downloaded, Ram Trucks will make a donation to a designated charity on behalf of the Zac Brown Band.

First Drive Review of 2010 Dodge Ram Heavy Duty
For 2010, Dodge Ram Heavy Duty trucks are reaping the rewards of a conservative product strategy while looking aggressively overhauled because of their new exteriors and interiors. By not having to upgrade to a new diesel engine or chassis, Dodge engineers were free to focus on tuning up suspension components based on three years of real-world testing and feedback. In short, the Ram’s shortcomings have been remedied and its strengths have become stronger. Longtime Dodge Heavy Duty buyers, particularly Cummins diesel owners, are going to be thrilled with the 2010 model.

Dodge Challenger Long Term Motor Trend Review
"Our Challenger gets almost as many thumbs-up and smiles as our GT-R does wherever she trots," notes assistant Web producer Nate Martinez. "A few of my uncles couldn't stop staring at it, while at the same time relating to me their stories of the original model. The R/T Classic looks spot-on. The polished wheels are the best looking of the available lineup and complement R/T's simple bodylines well."
With the interior, Martinez continued to be impressed. "Its extra-wide front seats were hard to get situated in, yet were amply comfortable. Dodge's audio/nav system is one of the easiest to figure out. It's also crisp and loud. I couldn't help but blast classic rock with the windows down and my arm resting on the windowsill. It's just that kind of ride.

2010 Dodge Ram Named Tow Vehicle of the Year
The 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 was named the "Tow Vehicle of the Year" by Trailer Boats Magazine:
“This year the editors focused on light-duty pickups,” explained Jim Hendricks, publisher and editorial director of Trailer Boats magazine. “This class has experienced dramatic improvements in features and ride quality over the past few years, with beefed-up tow ratings approaching those traditionally associated with heavy-duty pickups.” Continued Hendricks, “The Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi not only reflects this trend, but its smooth and powerful performance scored consistently high during our examination. The ride, handling and braking of the Ram 1500 – in both towing and non-towing situations – scored highest among the competitors.
